Dark Hollow Farm
We are a family-owned farm with 7.5 acres of vineyards and 3 acres of olive trees, the only working olive grove in the Rogue Valley. We have been organically certified since June 2024.
We planted our vineyards and olive grove in 2021 and 2022 and opened the tasting room in October 2025. We have a custom crush arrangement with Weisinger’s to produce Dark Hollow wine and verjus. We produce our own organic extra virgin olive oil on the farm and, with our wine and verjus, sell it in the tasting room.
Our rustic tasting room, set among the vineyards and olive trees, has a cozy indoor space, seating about 16 guests, and two outdoor terraces, seating about 38 guests under the shade of oak and madrone trees.
